Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
If you change your mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless local consumer law says otherwise.
