At BYS Fitness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Products returned without their original packaging.
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, BYS Fitness will cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
